Recrawl feature added to Google News

11/02/2010
Outdated headlines and dead links should become a thing of the past for Google News users after the latest changes to the search engine.

A new recrawl feature means you should be presented with the freshest content available because Google will revisit stories to keep track of any changes made to them.

That could mean anything from mistakes that are corrected in a story after it first appears in Google News, to rewrites of headlines or parts of the article itself.

Our customers and their online visitors love the news articles from Newsvend - and so do the search engines.

We are now on the top page of results for all our main search terms. The website news feed appears instantly; we don't have to do anything!'
